How We Work
At LB Hydraulics we offer a fast, professional, reliable and most important friendly 24/7 mobile hose replacement service 365 days a year. We go out of our way to minimise your down time and get you back up and running in the quickest possible time. Our van is kitted out to a very high standard with a hydraulic swager that has the capacity to swage hoses from ¼ to 2” 4SH. We carry high pressure hose’s and fittings up to 1”1/4 with a pressure of 420 bar.

Our Services
On-Site Hydraulic Hose Replacement
We will attend the site of the breakdown to remove faulty hoses. Hoses are made like for like on the van. However, upon further inspection of how the fault initially occurred, adjustments can be made if necessary, to reduce the chance of further similar faults occurring in the future.
Hydraulic Valves, Fittings and Quick Release Couplings
Here at LB Hydraulics we stock a wide range of valves, fittings and flat face/standard quick release couplings.
Hydraulic Cylinder Repairs
We can attend site to remove (if required) the faulty hydraulic cylinder. We will repair, reseal and test your cylinder before returning and refitting.
